Cuppa World begins as a family business in
beverage. Since its inception year 1967, the company was known as Tong Heng
Trading & then Tong Heng Sdn. Bhd. Prior to 2008, Tong Heng Sdn. Bhd. & Cuppa World Sdn.
Bhd. work hand in hand, in-line with our original vision, successful in
providing our customers with a better variety of healthy, nutritional beverages
& services.
Our company
started with a few beverages such as coffee, tea & chocolate drink.By year 2011, we already had more than a
dozen of new beverages in our range. These are as such the 100% instant New
Zealand skim milk and full-cream milk, soya milk, barley drink,etc.
Most of our ingredients are mainly imported from overseas with pureness and quality guaranteed by our careful selected partners.
We have dedicated and responsible
team of workers. Despite, our company is run by technological inclined
people. With their innovative and
flexible approach, it enables our company to manufacture a rich variety of good
and high quality products for the market demand.

WHAT WE DO:
Cuppa World's core business is on it's dairy
products. These products range from milk powder, instant chocolate drink, milk
tea to biscuits and butter. The
ingredients are mainly imported from New Zealand and Holland.
We offer many choices of breakfast beverages in
sachets or sticks form for both Instant Skim Milk & Full-Cream Milk, Kopi
O, Coffee, White & Instant Coffee, Teh Tarik, Milk Tea and Instant
Chocolate drink. Our biscuits offer various healthy varieties to suit every
individual's taste buds and our butter is in portions form to give the
convenience of usage to any individual.
i. Beverages
Instant Full Cream Milk & Instant Skim Milk
Our company offers milk powder in the form of instant skim milk and full-cream milk. We provide 100% guarantee to the pureness of our New Zealand milk powder.

The process now carried out on a large scale to manufacture milk powder
is simple. It involves just the gentle removal of water under stringently
hygienic condition while retaining all the desirable natural properties of the
milk as such:- color, flavor, solubility & the nutritional value.
Full-cream milk contains about 87% water and
skim milk contains about 91% water. During milk powder is manufactured, this
water is removed by boiling the milk under reduced pressure at low temperature
in a process known as evaporation.
The resulting concentrated milk is then sprayed in a fine mist into hot
air to remove further moisture and so to give a powder form. Approximately 13kg
of Full-cream milk powder or 9kg of skim milk powder can be made from 100L of
whole milk.
